March 2 (ChainDD) The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision and Administration recently issued a compliance guideline for advertisements of financial investment and wealth management , which said that advertisements related to virtual currencies (ICQ) and their transactions are prohibited. At the same time, companies are prohibited from inducing audiences to accept inappropriate financial products and services.

In early February, this regulator also published an article saying that illegal fund-raising under new concepts such as "metaverse" and "NFT" has emerged in recent years. Therefore, people should be alert to new forms of illegal fund-raising, keep calm about the hype of hot concepts and not be cheated by new things.
