March 16 (ChainDD) China's State Administration for Market Regulation issued a document titled "Ten Features of Consumer Complaints Reporting in 2022".

Among them, the sixth feature mentioned that in 2022, the supervision of new models such as digital collections (NFT) has become more difficult, with 59,700 related appeals (only 198 in the previous year).

Under the "blind box" boom, the appeal of consumers reached 41,400 pieces, a year-on-year increase of 61.72%. IP cross-border co-branded products set off a buying frenzy, with 38,100 related appeals, a year-on-year increase of 66.96%.

In addition, there were also problems such as price gouging, poor quality and fake products, delayed delivery, and lack of after-sales service.
