August 15 (ChainDD) The General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government today issued a notice entitled "Promoting the Innovation and Development of the Data Factor Industry Based on the New Track of the Digital Economy (2023-2025)".

Combined with the requirements of Shanghai's urban digital transformation, the city will further promote the development of the data industry and build a state-level data exchange.

Meanwhile, the city will rely on the National Data Trading Alliance to deepen cooperation among data trading institutions.

At the same time, Shanghai will lay out the data transaction chain for the whole country, use blockchain technology to promote the interconnection of trading institutions, mutual recognition of business entities, the link of on-exchange and off-exchange transactions, and build a unified registration and storage service system for data resources, products and assets.
