The "Three-Year Action Plan for the Innovation and Development of the Metaverse Industry (2023-2025)" points out that the barrier to entry the metaverse world should be lowered. It encourages to accelerate the large-scale promotion of immersive display terminals such as XR headsets and Glasses-free 3D.

In addition, it is necessary to enrich the metaverse applications based on terminals such as mobile phones, computers and televisions, and support the research and development of cutting-edge products such as brain-computer interfaces.

The plan also mentions upgrading the development tool components of digital people and virtual spaces, and promoting products such as virtual meeting rooms, exhibition halls, business halls and social spaces.

Meanwhile, it is necessary to cultivate intelligent content generation products such as writing, painting, and arranging music, and develop ultra-immersive products such as holographic real-time communication and 3D real map.
